About The Position

Rocky Mountain Bottled Water, a locally owned and family-operated company based in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. We are a close-knit organization of approximately 45 employees dedicated to providing top-quality service and products to our community.

Requirements

  • Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Littleton, CO office (80122)
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude
  • Knowledge of routing/logistics is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
  • Perform accurate data entry
  • Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure excellent customer experience
  • Assist with additional office support tasks as needed
