About The Position
Rocky Mountain Bottled Water, a locally owned and family-operated company based in Littleton, CO, is seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team. We are a close-knit organization of approximately 45 employees dedicated to providing top-quality service and products to our community.
Requirements
- Candidates must be able to reliably commute to our Littleton, CO office (80122)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Nice To Haves
- Previous customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Knowledge of routing/logistics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner
- Address and resolve customer inquiries, issues, and concerns
- Perform accurate data entry
- Collaborate with office and field staff to ensure excellent customer experience
- Assist with additional office support tasks as needed
