About The Position
Southern Air of Louisiana is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated Customer Support team. This role requires the ability to work evenings (4-8 PM) and weekends. We offer uncapped pay potential, comprehensive benefits, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
Requirements
- 1-5 years of call center or customer support experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with clean motor vehicle record
- Experience with MS Office products preferred
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Call Center or Customer Support (1+ year required)
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls from customers
- Schedule and manage customer estimates
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve full satisfaction of work provided
- Manage customer and technician schedules
- Renew and manage maintenance agreements
- Build relationships with customers and provide top-level service and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer needs, requests, and tasks performed
- Appropriately handle and de-escalate customer complaints and concerns
