About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role is based in the kitchen and combines customer service with preparing pizzas. Team members take phone and counter orders, greet customers, answer phones, operate the cash register, collect payments, make products according to Domino’s guidelines, and clean equipment and the facility. The company provides training in pizza-making techniques and emphasizes teamwork, customer service, and maintaining an organized, clean work environment and a professional appearance. Full-time and part-time schedules are available, including the option to work one or two days a week.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
