The Customer Service Representative will serve as the front-line customer service provider and "first impression officer" by warmly greeting customers whether by phone or walk-in. This role is responsible for generating sales and rental revenue through a consultative sales approach, processing reservations, assigning equipment, and quoting rental rates. The representative will also handle small equipment sales, maintain store organization, and act as a liaison to the outside sales force. This position requires exceptional customer service skills, the ability to learn and pursue self-improvement, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
