About The Position

This role is responsible for entering data to order lighting materials for all scheduled deliveries, ensuring timely receipt, and resolving any purchasing or receiving errors.
Requirements
- Strong mathematical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Must possess strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task
- High School diploma/GED required
- Attention to detail
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Excel preferred
Responsibilities
- Orders all lighting materials
- Tracks orders
- Works with vendors to ensure material is received and available for delivery
- Prepares daily and weekly reports, including billing packets for accounting
- Communicates with builders through various channels and follows up on discrepancies
- Maintains correct data in the system through various builder systems
