About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will serve as an important resource for healthcare providers and insurance partners by maintaining accurate Other Health Insurance (OHI) information within internal systems.

Requirements

Minimum six months of call center experience
Strong customer service skills
Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
Experience performing research and verification tasks
Accurate data entry and typing skills
Strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multitask across multiple computer applications
Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Responsibilities

Answer inbound calls from healthcare providers, insurance carriers, and clients
Research and verify Other Health Insurance (OHI) information for both medical and pharmacy coverage
Update insurance records using carrier websites and internal applications
Process referrals and update information received through inventory work queues
Perform accurate data entry while maintaining productivity and quality standards
Investigate discrepancies and resolve insurance information issues
Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
Meet established call center performance, quality, and accuracy metrics
Deliver professional, courteous customer service on every interaction
