About The Position

Ohio Car Wash Holdings is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing Customer Experience team. This position serves as the primary point of contact for customers across multiple express car wash brands, providing exceptional service while supporting administrative operations and department initiatives. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced office environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
• Reliable transportation with dependable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Administrative or office support experience.
• Experience handling escalated customer concerns.
• Experience using CRM, POS, or membership management software.
• Experience reviewing documentation, reports, or records for accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Assist customers with memberships, billing, cancellations, refunds, and account maintenance.
• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Accurately document customer interactions and account activity.
• Complete Camera Safety Audits and maintain accurate electronic records.
• Assist with reports, spreadsheets, SOP updates, and other administrative projects.
• Follow company policies, department procedures, and attendance expectations.
• Collaborate with team members while working independently when appropriate.
• Support additional departmental projects as business needs evolve.
