About The Position

Domino's is growing and we are looking to add Customer Service Representatives to our team! This role offers immediate hire with flexible scheduling, allowing for short or long shifts, and both part-time and full-time hours. Our Customer Service Representatives have the opportunity to work a schedule that works with their lives and can pursue various promotional opportunities within the company.

Requirements

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Take and process orders via verbal, writing, and telephone skills.

Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck, which may include cases of ingredients and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.
Stack cases onto shelves up to 72" high.
Navigate stairs or climb a ladder to change prices on signs, wash walls, and perform maintenance.
Perform forward bending at the waist at the pizza assembly station, front counter, and when stocking ingredients.
Crouch and bend to stock shelves and clean low areas.
Reach continuously (up, down, and forward) for various tasks including operating oven controls, changing prices on signs, and lifting/lowering objects to/from shelves.
Scoop ingredients, wash dishes, obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, and answer phones.
Use hands continuously for tasks requiring eye-hand coordination.
Manipulate a pizza peel when removing pizza from the oven and using the rolling cutter.
Perform frequent and/or forceful pinching for assembling cardboard pizza boxes.
Grasp cans, pizza cutter, pizza peel, and pizza boxes.
Talk and hear on the telephone.
Utilize depth perception, near and mid-range vision for in-store tasks.
Differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.
Utilize far and night vision for driving.
