About The Position

This is a 4-month contract position for a Customer Service Representative. The role is fully onsite in OMAHA, NE. The primary focus is to deliver industry-leading service with prompt, accurate, one-call resolution. Responsibilities include handling inbound calls from small business clients and partner agencies, following up on online applications, assisting with questions about coverage, billing, policy details, and general clarification, and accurately entering inbound leads.

Requirements

  • Active P&C General Lines/Commercial Lines license (required).
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, solutions‑oriented attitude.
  • Dependability, professionalism, and comfort working in a structured, metric‑driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver industry‑leading service with prompt, accurate, one‑call resolution.
  • Handle inbound calls from small business clients and partner agencies—no cold calling.
  • Follow up on online applications and assist with questions about coverage, billing, policy details, and general clarification.
  • Enter inbound leads quickly and accurately.
