About The Position

RPM Pizza is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to serve as a primary point of contact for Domino’s customers. The role focuses on creating a pleasant customer experience through professional, optimistic service, accurate order-taking, and help resolving problems. CSRs also help prepare products, maintain a clean and sanitized store, learn organizational and inventory skills, and operate store equipment. This variable-hour position offers competitive pay, with hours varying by week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; a work permit may be required in some areas.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count change.
• Outgoing, positive, and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
