About The Position

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support front desk and client service operations in a fast-paced emergency and specialty hospital environment. This role is critical to ensuring a positive client experience by providing professional, compassionate, and efficient service at all times.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic proficiency with Windows-based computer systems and office software
Ability to recognize when protocols do not apply and seek appropriate guidance
Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Nice To Haves

Veterinary or medical front desk experience is preferred but not required. Candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, healthcare administration, or call center environments are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet and assist clients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner
Manage client check-ins, admissions, and discharges accurately
Schedule appointments and coordinate emergency visits and follow-up care
Educate clients on hospital services, policies, and procedures
Process invoices, payments, and financial transactions accurately
Prepare, review, and maintain medical records and client documentation
Update and maintain client and patient records in compliance with legal and hospital requirements
Communicate effectively with medical teams to support patient flow and client needs
Perform administrative tasks including scanning, emailing, and document management
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
