About The Position

Amrize is recruiting for a full-time Customer Service Representative. (SEASONAL) This role involves planning, directing, organizing, coordinating, and controlling onsite logistics with the customer, sales representatives, and Holcim concrete delivery trucks. The position requires a commitment to communicating, improving, and adhering to health, safety, and environmental policies, promoting a culture of safety and exhibiting these behaviors. Other duties may be assigned as circumstances warrant.

Requirements

Must have strong interpersonal and customer service skills and be able to effectively communicate with customers, dispatchers and drivers to facilitate accomplishment of the job
Must have excellent logistical, planning and leadership abilities
Organized and strong attention to details
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Holcim Approved Personal Protection Equipment (“PPE”), including but not limited to respirators. Employee that are required to war respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit test.
High School Graduate / GED or equivalent experience
Five years related experience in the construction or concrete industry consistent with the position
Proficient on the Computer

Nice To Haves

Fluent in Spanish a plus
one or two years of dispatch experience preferred
