About The Position

We are seeking a top-of-the-line Customer Service Representative who genuinely cares about the customer and looks at this opportunity as not just a job but a career. This role requires flexibility to work midday, afternoon, and early evening shifts, as well as on 2-3 Saturdays a month, with the benefit of having a day off during the week. The primary responsibility is to promote customer satisfaction by converting incoming and outbound customer calls into booked service appointments.
