About The Position

Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives who are passionate about helping others and making a real impact. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the friendly voice clients' members rely on, helping customers with classic auto insurance questions, resolving concerns, and making every interaction feel effortless in a fast-paced role.

Requirements

6+ months in a call-center experience
1+ year of customer service experience
Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars
Strong verbal and written communication
Organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems
Experience in a virtual desktop environment
Distraction-free remote workspace
High school diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Sales experience helpful
Prior experience with Five9

Responsibilities

Manage 40-100 calls per day depending on the season
Highlight and sell membership benefits
Put customers first and take action to improve their experience
Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction
Move quickly through multiple systems, dual monitors, and virtual desktops
Meet program metrics and customer satisfaction targets
Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks
Adhere to set start/end times and scheduled breaks
Stay fully present and engaged throughout your shift
Follow the proper steps to request time off

Benefits

Starting pay is dependent on state: AZ: $16.50/hour with paid training; FL/SC/TX: $16.00/hour with paid training
Earn an additional $1.00/hour for any weekend hours worked!
