About The Position

Due to continued growth, we are actively hiring motivated, energetic, and people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates seeking experience in customer service, event marketing, fundraising, community outreach, public relations, promotions, and nonprofit campaigns. No experience is required. We provide paid training, hands-on mentorship, and career development opportunities for every new team member. As an Entry-Level Customer Service Representative, you will serve as the face of our organization at live events, fundraising campaigns, community outreach initiatives, and promotional activations. You'll engage directly with attendees, donors, and supporters while developing valuable communication, leadership, and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and create positive interactions with event attendees, donors, and community members.
  • Represent nonprofit campaigns and fundraising initiatives at live events and promotional activations.
  • Educate supporters about campaign goals, community programs, and fundraising efforts.
  • Answer questions and provide accurate information in a professional and engaging manner.
  • Assist with event setup, breakdown, logistics, and on-site coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, donors, supporters, and community partners.
  • Maintain a positive, high-energy, and welcoming environment at all events.
