Requirements

  • Associate degree or High School Diploma is acceptable with a strong background on the fields mentioned above.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to effectively communicate.
  • Ability to work independently, self-starter, attention to detail, high sense of urgency.
  • 2-5 years of call center or data center experience.
  • Experience as intern on related fields is acceptable.

Responsibilities

  • Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods.
  • Answer calls from the call queue and manage accordingly.
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely information regarding their inquiries received via phone or email.
  • Maintain customer contact and shipping information.
  • Follow up on part quotes, returns, and late shipments.
  • Pursue sales quotes for purchase orders.
  • Process orders within an hour of receipt, including uploading the sales order packet to the share drive.
  • Follow-up & Process SAP Batch transactions.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by immediate Supervisor.
