The Customer Service Representative (CSR) supports the Company’s sales, logistics, and supply chain operations by providing high-quality customer service, coordinating order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate system records. This role works closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Warehouse, Logistics, and external carriers to ensure timely and accurate order processing. In addition, this role may be cross trained to support limited purchasing and supply chain functions under the direction of the Buyer or Supply Chain leadership. The CSR does not own supplier relationships or pricing decisions but provides transactional support to maintain operational continuity during peak periods, absences, or coverage needs. This is a temporary position with the possibility to become permanent.
