As a Customer Service Clerk, you play a key role in ensuring smooth transactions and resolving customer needs with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly and efficient service at the front counter
  • Process transactions accurately, including cash and card payments
  • Handle money orders and lottery transactions in accordance with store policy
  • Weigh and scan products accurately
  • Brew coffee and prepare beverages as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized register area
  • Resolve customer concerns professionally and involve management when needed
  • Support overall front-end operations
