About The Position

Be the connection that keeps production moving. As our Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the go-to link between customers, sales, and production—ensuring orders are accurate, schedules stay on track, and customers stay informed. You will help identify product issues and work with customers to provide solutions or replacement parts. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, love solving problems, and have a sharp eye for detail, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience (manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Organized with ability to prioritize tasks
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and track customer orders from start to finish
  • Communicate clearly with customers, sales, and production teams
  • Resolve order issues and keep everything running smoothly
  • Support forecasting and continuous improvement efforts
  • Help identify product issues and work with customers to provide solutions or replacement parts
  • Perform all other duties assigned
