Responsible for assisting customers with incoming/outgoing calls requesting product, service, or repairs. This role involves dispatching Service Technicians to customer locations, explaining customer issues in detail, and tracking information in a computer database. The position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to understand and respond to customer requests, and a focus on customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include soliciting orders, upselling products, coordinating problem resolution with the Service Department, dispatching technicians, extensive data entry, invoice preparation, filing, accounts receivable, developing memos and correspondence, directing phone inquiries, and performing other assigned clerical duties.
