Optum Care Delivery is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As part of the Optum Care Delivery organization, you will play an integral part of their vision to make healthcare better for everyone. This position is full time (40 hours / week), Monday - Friday. Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST. It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime. They offer up to 90 days of paid training. External hires will need to be on-site for one and a half days for orientation. Internal hires will not need to complete orientation. The hours during training will be 8:00 am - 5:00 pm MST, Monday - Friday. Upon successful completion of the training period, employees may be eligible for a remote work schedule.
