About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring Customer Service Representatives/Pizza Makers. This entry-level role involves working in the kitchen and serving customers while helping the team deliver a positive experience. Team members take phone and counter orders, prepare pizzas according to Domino’s guidelines, operate the cash register, collect payments, and clean equipment and the facility. Training is provided in pizza-making techniques. The position may suit students or people seeking additional work.

Requirements

• Be fun and friendly and comfortable talking to strangers.
• Be a punctual team player with a positive attitude.
• Pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
• Answer phones and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Make consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
