This product revolutionized the insulation industry. Today, more than 70 years later, ArmaFlex continues to be a pillar of Armacell's success. The Customer Service Representative is a key member of the customer service team. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing effective order processing, sales service, customer satisfaction and information feedback to external and internal customers. The ideal candidate will be available to work an assigned shift, specifically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST. Following the successful completion of a 10-week onsite training program at our Mebane, NC facility, this position will transition to a hybrid customer service schedule. The hybrid model requires in-office presence two days per week, with Wednesdays as a mandatory onsite day.
