We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in San Diego, CA.

Requirements

  • 1+ year in customer service.
  • Exceptional communication and active listening skills.
  • Highly organized, with strong multitasking and time-management abilities.
  • Friendly, adaptable, and calm under pressure.
  • A team player, driven by growth, collaboration, and goal achievement.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, repairs, or tech is a plus.
  • Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus (training provided).

Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat.
  • Listen with empathy and professionalism to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Manage a high volume of inquiries with confidence and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with techs and office teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Keep precise records of interactions, and proactively suggest additional services when appropriate.
  • Become a trusted resource by deeply learning our services and offerings.
