As a Customer Service Representative in our “Solutions Center” your job is to find unique and creative solutions for each customer. Requirements

  • Customer Service or general Retail experience.
  • A friendly and positive attitude
  • A general love for working with people.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills are essential to the role.
  • The ability to work both independently and within a small team environment.
  • The willingness and ability to continuously learn.
  • A self-starter that takes the initiative to find the best solutions for each customer.
  • A “Can Do” attitude with both fellow team members and customers.

Responsibilities

  • Work with each customer in a personal one-on-one manner to ensure a happy customer.
  • Continuous and effective communication with various aspects of the business, customers, store team members, distribution center and warehouse team members, vendors.
  • Extensive phone and email work which requires strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to learn and utilize multiple computer software systems.
  • Handle and submit vendor warranty claims for customers.
  • Collaborate with our in-house repair department on all customer repairs.
  • Gain the knowledge to become a product expert to best service our customers.
