About The Position

We are seeking a sharp, service-oriented Customer Service Representative to join a growing payroll software company. This person will work directly with clients, helping them navigate their payroll system, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth and accurate payroll experience. UKG Ready experience is strongly preferred.

Requirements

• Experience with UKG Ready strongly preferred
• Previous experience in payroll, payroll software, HCM, or workforce management
• Strong customer service and client-facing skills
• Comfortable troubleshooting software and payroll-related issues
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple client requests and prioritize effectively
• Tech-savvy, quick learner, and strong problem solver

Nice To Haves

• The ideal candidate has worked in UKG Ready or a similar payroll/HCM platform and understands both the technical and customer-service sides of payroll.
• We are looking for someone who is sharp, patient, resourceful, and genuinely enjoys solving problems for clients.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients regarding payroll and system-related questions
• Assist clients with UKG Ready, including payroll processing, timekeeping, timecards, accruals, corrections, and other system functions
• Troubleshoot payroll and software issues and provide clear, timely solutions
• Guide clients through system processes and explain features in an easy-to-understand way
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies
• Maintain strong client relationships through responsive, professional customer service
• Escalate complex technical or payroll issues when necessary
• Work closely with internal payroll and implementation teams to ensure client satisfaction
