About The Position

Dreisbach has been serving its customers with pride and integrity for over 50 years as a Third Party Logistics provider specializing in Refrigerated Warehousing and associated services. The company is committed to superb customer service, reliability, innovation, agility, and high-quality employees. Their facilities and transportation divisions are strategically located to serve business opportunities throughout the West Coast, including international cargo through the Port of Oakland, and distribution for agribusiness from the Central Valley. They are currently seeking qualified candidates to join their Customer Service Department.

Requirements

  • Previous customer service experience required
  • Ability to multi task, trouble shoot, and work under pressure
  • Applicants must be detailed oriented, organized and highly accurate
  • Computer skills including data entry, emails
  • Excellent communication skills both verbally and written

Nice To Haves

  • billing experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Answer all questions/concerns for our customer
  • Notifying the customer of any issues that arise
  • Generate all customer orders as scheduled
  • Generate work orders for the warehouse to perform the requested task by the customer
  • Communicate customers' timelines, special needs, instructions, and requirements to our Operations team
  • Monitor the customer’s inventory level and notify/email accounting for approval prior to clearing out their account
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a professional manner
  • Generate written procedures for each account
  • Assist in other areas as needed
