About The Position

JAM Industries, a leading distributor of consumer electronic goods, pro-audio equipment, and musical instruments since 1972, is seeking a talented, resourceful, and confident candidate to join their team as a Customer Service Representative for their Erikson Pro, Commercial Division. The company prides itself on delivering the best customer service and offers a fun and casual work environment. This role involves communicating with existing customers, building relationships, obtaining purchase orders, issuing RMAs, responding to inquiries, tracking samples, issuing credits, working with Sales Reps, and performing other administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years inside sales or customer service experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Excellent communications skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated organizational ability and follow-through.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously in a team as well as autonomously.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Bilingual.

Responsibilities

  • Communicating with existing Erikson Pro, Commercial customers.
  • Building and strengthening relationships with our customers.
  • Obtaining purchase orders, issuing RMAs for warranty claims, responding to order inquiries, tracking samples, issuing credits, etc.
  • Working with Sales Reps
  • Other detail oriented administrative tasks as required.
