Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organization, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • A friendly, professional approach with strong people skills
  • Passion for vehicles and helping customers feel confident in their repair journey
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Solid references that reflect reliability and professionalism
  • Willingness to learn the basics of EV and ADAS repair workflows so you can support customer questions confidently

Responsibilities

  • Building positive, lasting customer relationships in person and over the phone
  • Submitting ICBC rental forms and guiding customers through the process
  • Scheduling repair appointments and managing shop calendars
  • Generating repair orders and ensuring accurate documentation
  • Interacting with vendors and coordinating incoming/outgoing materials
  • Providing clear repair updates through phone, text, and email
  • Managing and posting invoices, parts returns, and related paperwork
  • Reconciling repair orders with accuracy and attention to detail
