Customer Service Representative
About The Position
Speedy Glass is currently hiring for a Customer Service Representative at our store in Wasilla, AK! This role is full-time with a set schedule Monday-Friday. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of the branch, providing exceptional customer service to every guest, every time. You will quote, prepare work orders & invoices, and receive payment for all services provided. You will also schedule and assign work orders to the appropriate team member, resolve customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, and open and close the branch, utilizing closing procedures to ensure all daily financial records are accurate. You will also perform all other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- State issued Driver’s license and clean driving record
- Sitting/computer use for extended periods of time
