Responsibilities
- Interviews customers, gathers information, and records interview information into the computer for customer service.
- Talks with customers by phone to go over the customer list.
- Reviews retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home when it arrives at the lot.
- Guides contractors working for their plant.
- Enters service orders into the service system.
- Assigns correct parts to each item on service order.
- Files completed work orders.
