Requirements

  • Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

  • Interviews customers, gathers information, and records interview information into the computer for customer service.
  • Talks with customers by phone to go over the customer list.
  • Reviews retailer checkout sheets for items wrong with home when it arrives at the lot.
  • Guides contractors working for their plant.
  • Enters service orders into the service system.
  • Assigns correct parts to each item on service order.
  • Files completed work orders.
