About The Position

notifyMD is seeking resilient, compassionate, and professional individuals to join their fast-paced, high-volume call center team. This is a full-time, remote position for residents in Florida. The role involves managing inbound calls for various companies, requiring the ability to switch between different protocols, data entry requirements, and specific scripting. Candidates must deliver an empathetic, polite, and professional demeanor on every call, possess excellent grammar, and clear, articulate spoken English. The position demands focus, speed, and precision in a "call after call" environment, with accountability for meeting KPIs such as schedule adherence, average wrap time, and quality assurance scores.

Requirements

Must be a full-time remote resident in Florida.
Must provide your own equipment that meets specifications during the new hire period.
Windows 11 or higher (Chromebooks, Apple/Mac products, and tablets are not compatible).
A wired (Ethernet) internet connection is required (Wi-Fi is prohibited).
A professional grade wired headset with microphone.
A minimum screen resolution of 1600x900 is required.
Ability to type at least 30 WPM.
Excellent grammar and clear, articulate spoken English.
Detail-oriented.
Comfortable with technology.
Ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure.
