About The Position

We’re hiring a Customer Service Rep to help passengers, answer questions, support events, and help keep things running smoothly in the terminal! If you love helping people and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, this may be the perfect role for you!

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Be 18 or older
  • Up to one year of customer service experience
  • Great attitude and eagerness to grow
  • Able to walk/stand frequently
  • Don't mind some physical activity (pushing up to 100lbs/lifting to 50lbs)
  • Currently authorized to work in the United States on a long-term basis

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with wheelchair and cart transportation
  • Keep wheelchairs/carts clean & sanitized
  • Answer passenger questions on airport services, security, baggage & more
  • Respond to calls on the customer service/LEP line
  • Support PR with events and logistics
  • Staff the information booth & maintain tourism materials
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
