About The Position

Durable Medical Equipment, a Pivotal Health company, is seeking an energetic, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be a vital connection between patients, healthcare providers, and our delivery team—helping ensure customers receive the equipment they need with exceptional service and care.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Proficient computer and data-entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Medical office or Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience required
  • A positive attitude and commitment to exceptional service

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support via phone and email
  • Process and manage durable medical equipment orders accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate equipment deliveries and follow-up communications
  • Work closely with physicians, healthcare facilities, and insurance providers to obtain necessary documentation
  • Maintain accurate records and customer information
  • Deliver a positive experience for every customer interaction
