About The Position

Jaeckle Distributors has a great opportunity for an experienced and team-oriented Customer Service Associate. The position is located at our company headquarters in Madison, WI. In total, we have over 100 employees and we partner with businesses in 11 states for their flooring and surfacing product needs. Under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Associate will take inbound customer calls and assist with placing orders, checking stock or resolving issues. You would be joining a team of experienced people ready and willing to help you succeed! Teamwork, great communication and a focus on the customer are essential for success in this role. Our Customer Service Team takes great pride in their contribution to the Jaeckle customer experience.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience
• Experience in a call center environment working in a call queue
• Strong keyboard and computer skills
• Positive "how can I help" attitude
• Good work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
• Interest in learning about new products

Responsibilities
