About The Position
ABT Insurance Services is seeking a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. This is an on-site position where you will be responsible for answering incoming client calls, providing outstanding customer service, and assisting clients with various needs related to their policies and accounts. You will also be responsible for documenting interactions, following procedures, and collaborating with other team members to support client needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years previous customer service experience, required.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using multiple computer systems and applications simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Nice To Haves
- Property and Casualty Insurance experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming client calls and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist clients with policy changes, payments, coverage questions, and general account servicing.
- Document all client interactions accurately in our agency management system.
- Follow established procedures and service standards.
- Work closely with producers, retention specialists, and management to support client needs.
- Complete assigned tasks and follow-up activities in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
