Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service, call center, office administration, or client-support experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming customer phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner.
Assist clients with questions, requests, and concerns.
Investigate and resolve customer issues while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
Process and establish new customer accounts.
Request and process applicable fees in accordance with company procedures.
Update daily reports and maintain accurate customer and account information.
Document customer interactions and important account details.
Work with internal team members to resolve customer issues and ensure appropriate follow-up.
Exercise independent judgment when handling unusual or escalated situations.
Adapt to changing priorities, procedures, and customer needs.
