About The Position

Automated Health Systems has Customer Service Representative positions available. These positions are remote but require you to pick up equipment in Pittsburgh, PA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a call center environment required.
  • Strong PC proficiency required.
  • High School Diploma/GED required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health/human services and knowledge of Medicaid preferred.
  • Associates Degree preferred in social or behavioral sciences or related field.
  • Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting individuals with information and support regarding benefits.
  • Providing accurate and consistent information.
