About The Position

We’re hiring a Customer Service Representative to handle inbound calls, schedule jobs, and follow up with customers for our home repair and remodeling business. This is a fast-paced, customer-facing role that combines service, coordination, and light sales follow-up. You will be the first point of contact for customers and play a key role in keeping jobs moving.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (phone + in-person)
  • Comfortable making outbound follow-up calls
  • Organized and able to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Basic computer skills (CRM/scheduling software experience is a plus)
  • Reliable, consistent, and customer-focused
  • No experience necessary - we will train you and you will have your own coach

  • CRM/scheduling software experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers requesting home repair services
  • Schedule on-site estimates and service appointments
  • Make outbound follow-up calls on quotes and open jobs
  • Communicate with customers and technicians to keep schedules on track
  • Enter and manage job details in our system
  • Greet customers in-office when needed
