Requirements

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for customer enquiries, handling communications via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Resolve product or service issues by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, and selecting the most appropriate solution.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues have been fully resolved and that they are satisfied with the outcome.
- Process customer accounts, file documents, and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to find effective solutions and improve the overall customer experience.
- Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and contribute ideas for improvement.
