A Customer Service Representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in a customer service-based setting handling incoming calls and emails, utilizing troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to provide resolution.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

  • Warehouse management system and logistics experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with requests and inquiries via email and light phone.
  • Supervise assigned accounts.
  • Deliver Customer expectations.
  • Committed to meeting current and future expectations and requirements of customers, and resolving customer issues that arise.
  • Ensure all supporting documents are accurate, available, and applicable to the customer order/shipment and receiving tallies.
  • Compile and submit accurate, regular, and timely reports as requested.
  • Provide customer statistics regarding shipments via email.
  • Report and document any irregularities to management immediately.
  • Prepare inbound and outbound paperwork
  • Retrieve and deliver paperwork to the control room in the warehouse
  • Will handle electronic and physical filing
  • Willing to assist other departments, including warehouse clerk if necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.
