About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the voice of Waste Pro, helping residential and commercial customers with service needs, account support, billing questions, and solutions that make a difference. You’ll handle inbound calls, retain customers through outstanding service, and work closely with Operations, Sales, and Billing to create a seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • Comfortable handling approximately 100 inbound calls daily
  • Team player with a desire to grow and learn across departments
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
  • Ability to manage a high volume of inbound calls with professionalism, efficiency, and strong customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and analytical communication abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong computer and typing skills
  • Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while treating customers and team members with professionalism and respect
  • Skilled in identifying issues, problem-solving, and providing timely resolutions
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and effectively manage daily work activities
  • Capable of working independently and collaboratively to exceed call center performance standards
  • Strong team-oriented mindset with the ability to balance individual responsibilities while contributing to a positive work environment
  • Adaptable and flexible in handling changing priorities, challenging customer interactions, and service-related situations with professionalism and urgency

Responsibilities

  • Answer high-volume inbound calls with professionalism and positivity
  • Assist customers with service requests, account updates, and issue resolution
  • Provide quotes and set up new customer accounts
  • Retain customers by offering solutions and alternatives to cancellations
  • Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to resolve concerns quickly
  • Maintain accurate customer records using company systems
  • Meet performance goals for response time, productivity, and service quality
