About The Position

Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Operations Coordinator for Tailor Made Pest and Wildlife, a fast-growing, locally owned company specializing in pest and wildlife solutions. This role is the control center of the business, managing incoming leads, keeping technicians fully booked, and ensuring every customer has a seamless experience. It is a full-time, in-office position located in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, texts, and web leads quickly and professionally
  • Convert incoming leads into scheduled services
  • Follow up on missed calls and unsold opportunities
  • Communicate with urgency and confidence
  • Build and optimize technician routes daily
  • Keep schedules full and efficient
  • Adjust schedules in real-time as needed
  • Communicate ETAs and updates to customers
  • Collect payments and update cards on file
  • Follow up on past-due balances
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM
  • Support technicians with job details and updates
  • Manage job queues and daily tasks
  • Coordinate with team to ensure smooth operations
