About The Position

WashSmart Laundry is growing, come and join our amazing Customer Service team and grow your career with us! As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the driving force behind fostering strong client relationships and delivering tailored solutions working with our team members across the organization. We are seeking an individual to oversee aspects of customer service, relationship management, and influencing others. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has excellent management skills, keen eye for attention to detail, and the ability to connect, coordinate and communicate between different groups in English and Spanish.

Requirements

  • Written and verbal communication skills, including bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Must have the ability to effectively present information, respond and follow-up on questions and inquiries from clients, other managers and subordinates.
  • Skilled in conflict resolution and being a superior problem solver, able to identify and resolve variances, failures and discrepancies.
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately on an independent basis
  • Ability to establish and maintain goodwill with co-workers.
  • Strong attention to details, good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
