About The Position

ENSA North America is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team at their headquarters in Mukwonago, Wisconsin. ENSA provides work-at-height rescue training, support, and rigging services to various industries. The Customer Service Representative will be a primary point of contact for customers and will play an integral role in ensuring smooth operations. This role requires someone who can handle multiple responsibilities, find answers, and help customers succeed.

Requirements

  • Two or more years of customer service experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable multitasking while maintaining accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong computer skills and accurate data entry experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems such as Prophet21 is a plus, but not required
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks
  • Responsive and proactive in communicating with customers and teammates
  • Curious and resourceful—you enjoy researching products and finding answers when you don't immediately know them

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer emails and phone calls with professionalism and urgency
  • Entering customer orders accurately into Prophet21 (P21)
  • Working closely with Operations, Sales, and Training Coordinators to ensure an outstanding customer experience
  • Monitoring inventory levels and checking product availability for training kit production
  • Assisting customers with questions, product information, and order updates
  • Troubleshooting order, invoicing, and pick-ticket issues
  • Supporting certification and training administration
  • Ordering office supplies and company merchandise
  • Coordinating building maintenance and service requests
  • Assisting the Operations Manager with projects and other administrative tasks as needed
