About The Position
Mosquito Joe of Baltimore & Annapolis is hiring a Part-Time Customer Service Representative to support our growing business. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in great service, communicates professionally, and enjoys making a difference for customers every day. At Mosquito Joe, our mission is to make every customer feel confident, cared for, and excited. You’ll help support our customers and office team through important daily follow-up and communication tasks.
Requirements

- Comfort making outbound service calls and handling customer conversations

Nice To Haves
- Prior customer service or office experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Managing accounts receivable follow-up and updating payment information
- Following up with new customers after sign up
- Calling customers after resprays or service visits
- Answering customer questions by phone, text, and email
- Supporting other customer service and office tasks as needed
