Requirements
- Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or service-driven industry
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, confident approach to problem-solving
- Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- High school diploma or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with home services like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
- Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location
- Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments
- Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service
- Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions
- Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing
- Resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset
