Requirements

  • Prior customer service experience, especially in a fast-paced or service-driven industry
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • A calm, confident approach to problem-solving
  • Basic computer skills and comfort using CRM tools and Microsoft Office
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Familiarity with home services like HVAC, plumbing, or electrical

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude
  • Schedule and dispatch technicians based on urgency, availability, and location
  • Help customers with questions about services, pricing, and appointments
  • Communicate clearly with field technicians to ensure seamless service
  • Troubleshoot minor customer issues and document all interactions
  • Follow up after appointments to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and invoicing
  • Resolve escalated customer concerns with patience and a problem-solving mindset
