About The Position

AmeriCash Loans is hiring an entry-level Customer Service Representative to be the first friendly face our customers see when they walk through our doors. This role is for individuals who are outgoing, detail-oriented, and seeking a position where hard work is rewarded. AmeriCash Loans is a consumer lending company serving customers across Wisconsin, Missouri, and South Carolina, focusing on fast, respectful, in-person service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work directly with customers in the branch, processing loan applications from start to finish. You will be responsible for making a sometimes-stressful process feel simple and human, guiding customers through the process, answering questions, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a hands-on, people-facing role with opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfort with basic computer use and data entry
• Ability to accurately handle cash and financial transactions
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Prior customer service, retail, or cash-handling experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through the loan application process in person
• Collect, review, and process required documentation accurately
• Explain loan terms and answer customer questions clearly and honestly
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
• Maintain customer files and follow all compliance procedures
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back
