As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be the primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service for Paratransit customers. Your helpful communication skills and ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently will assist in providing a positive experience for callers. Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service to Paratransit customers. (NO cold calling!)
  • Communicate well via phone to ensure efficient scheduling and provide updates on rides, manifest.
  • Maintain customer information within company software (call center software)
