About The Position

We’re looking for a responsible and skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is a pivotal team member with a comprehensive understanding of our service offers. They are the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless service experience.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience in dispatching in a similar industry
  • High School Diploma.
  • 3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
  • Proven track record of meetings and exceeding service standards.
  • Proficient in the use of smartphones, digital tools, and app management across both IOS and Android platforms.
  • Advanced skills in MS Office suite.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
  • Excellent writing, strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to details, ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Efficiently process customer orders and credit card transactions through our centralized call system.
  • Manage a high volume of calls with a focus on service excellence.
  • Collaborate with quality control, sales, and production teams to guarantee timely delivery and service of products.
  • Address customer inquiries, providing accurate information and solutions.
  • Willingness to spend time observing the production process at facilities or jobsite to get product knowledge.
